Job Description

Office Coordinator – Admin Support (PN Ventures, Delhi NCR)

Role Overview

- We’re looking for a highly organized Office Coordinator who can also handle general accounting and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will keep the office running smoothly, manage day‑to‑day tasks, and support the team so everyone can focus on their core work.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet visitors, answer phone calls and route inquiries efficiently.

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.

- Maintain office supplies, track inventory and place orders as needed.- Prepare and proofread documents, reports and presentations.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, both physical and digital.- Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoice processing and expense tracking.

- Support HR with onboarding, record‑keeping and employee queries.

- Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

- Graduation with knowledge of Auto-CAD , Office Management or a related field.

- 0‑2 years of experience in an administrative or office‑support role (fresh graduates are welcome).

- Familiarity with Auto-CAD, office software (MS Office/Google Workspace) and basic bookkeeping tools.

Core Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.

- Basic numeracy for handling petty cash and invoices.

- Knowledge of Auto-CAD is compulsory.

- Proficiency in English and Hindi is must.

Compensation

Salary will be based on experience and capability, with a competitive base plus performance‑linked incentives. Standard benefits include paid leave, travel allowance and a friendly work environment.
