### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Office Admin to oversee daily administrative operations, manage office systems, support staff coordination, and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

### Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall office administration and daily operations

• Supervise front office activities, calls, emails, and visitor management

• Maintain student, staff, and official records (physical & digital)

• Coordinate with teaching staff, management, and vendors

• Handle admission processes, fee records, and documentation

• Prepare official letters, reports, notices, and MIS reports

• Ensure smooth scheduling of classes, meetings, and events

• Manage office inventory, assets, and procurement

• Monitor discipline, office policies, and administrative procedures

• Support marketing, admissions follow-up, and institutional activities

### Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA / B.Com preferred)

• 2–5 years of experience in office administration (education sector preferred)

• Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and/or Bangla)

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Knowledge of record management, documentation, and basic accounting

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently

• Professional attitude with problem-solving skills

### Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP/CRM or admission management systems

• Knowledge of basic HR administration and staff coordination

• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, and online forms

### Working Hours

• 10 am - 7 pm

• Weekly off: Sunday
