In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing all administrative activities, including:
Coordinating with vendors and handling vendor-related requirements
Managing office supplies and procurement
Manage relationships with all office vendors (housekeeping, internet, pantry, laptops, etc.).
Handle day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning
Support employees with basic administrative requirements (workspace, assets, etc.)
Maintain records of invoices, procurements, vendor documents, and agreements
Being available on non-working days if any administrative work is required
Getting required approvals from HR Team and following up with Finance for timely invoice payments
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
1-2 years of experience in administration or office support
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Proficiency in vendor management
Knowledge of basic accounting or expense management
Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
Salary Range :- INR 2.40 LPA
