Job Description

We are seeking an organized, on-site Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and support our e-commerce logistics. You will handle administrative compliance, employee documentation, and shipping preparation for our natural bath and body brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics: Prepare and print daily dispatch labels for Amazon and Flipkart orders.

  • Mail & Courier: Manage all inward and outward office couriers, mail, and shipments.

  • Documentation: Maintain and update staff files, attendance, and employee records.

  • Compliance: Ensure all legal, safety, and office compliance is up to date.

  • Daily Ops: Oversee routine office maintenance, inventory tracking, and housekeeping staff.

Requirements

  • 6 months to one year of experience in office administration or operations.

  • Proficiency with e-commerce portals (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub).

  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of basic statutory office compliance.

  • Ability to work full-time at our office location.
