Manpower Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and responsible male candidate to manage manpower in our outside installation operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising labor teams, coordinating site work, and ensuring timely and efficient execution of both in-house and on-site operations, The ideal candidate will be in charge of workforce planning, monitoring attendance, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining discipline .

Key Responsibilities:

Allocate manpower as per requirements and ensure task completion.

Visit installation sites as needed to oversee work progress and labor performance

Resolve issues related to labor, work delays, or absenteeism

Provide regular updates to management on manpower status and job progress

Coordinate with production heads for daily work planning and manpower needs

Plan and manage manpower deployment for off-site installations and deliveries

Coordinate with clients or site managers for smooth execution of on-site tasks

Requirements-

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manpower supervision, preferably in production or field operations

Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Willing to travel to installation sites as required

Physically active, responsible, and able to handle labor staff efficiently

Experience in garment, printing, fabrication, or installation-related industries is a plus

Ability to speak local language(s) and handle blue-collar workers confidently.
