Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates using databases, job portals, social media, internal referral campaigns etc. Stakeholder Management Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Scheduling and Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open position. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Offer management and pre-onboarding connects. Bulk hiring Environment What You Will Need: Must be a graduate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. What Would Be Nice To Have: Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint Knowledge in end-to-end recruitment would be an added advantage.
