Job Description

We are looking for a Female IT Recruitment Coordinator with good communication skills and a strong interest in building a career in HR and IT Recruitment. Freshers who are willing to learn and grow in the recruitment field are welcome to apply.

The selected candidate will support the recruitment team in candidate coordination, screening, follow-ups, interview scheduling, and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

• Make candidate calls and conduct regular follow-ups.

• Screen candidates based on job requirements.

• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews.

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.

• Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and requirements.

• Support the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities.

• Assist in sourcing and coordinating candidates for IT positions.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

• Willingness to learn IT recruitment processes.

• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is an advantage.

Eligibility

• 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Freshers are welcome.
