• Source IT candidates through LinkedIn & job portals

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

• Coordinate interviews with US clients

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

• Learn US Staffing concepts (W2, 1099 & C2C)

• Work closely with hiring managers to close positions
