IT Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry and be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to meet the client’s staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring clients to understand job requirements, technical specifications, and desired skills.

• Source candidates through various platforms including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

• Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the clients.

• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.

• Negotiate salary and offer details with candidates, ensuring alignment with company compensation structures.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records .

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Keep up-to-date with current trends in tech hiring and recruitment tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.

• Strong knowledge of technology roles, skills, and terminology (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.).

• Experience with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting for both product and service-based IT companies.

• Certifications in recruitment or HR are a plus.
