Job Description:

Ashwakala Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join as IT & Non-IT Recruiter Interns. This internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about human resources and talent acquisition, and are eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with candidates
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain and update candidate databases
Work closely with the recruitment team to fulfill hiring requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have completed Graduation or Post-Graduation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and MS Word)
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Internship Details:

Duration: 6 months
Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹7,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
