Infor Human Capital Management Consultant

Infor HCM Consultant Area(s) of responsibility The Infor HCM Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Infor Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The consultant works closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and business stakeholders to streamline HR processes and improve workforce management, reporting, and employee experience. Key Responsibilities Functional Consulting Conduct requirement gathering workshops with HR and business stakeholders. Analyze current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Design and configure Infor HCM solutions based on business requirements. Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and process flows. Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities. Core HCM Modules Experience in one or more of the following areas: Core HR Employee Administration Organizational Structure Management Position Management Employee Self-Service (ESS) Manager Self-Service (MSS) Talent Management Recruitment Onboarding Performance Management Goal Management Learning & Development Succession Planning Workforce Management Time & Attendance Scheduling Leave Management Labor Tracking Payroll & Benefits Payroll Processing Benefits Administration Compensation Planning Tax and Regulatory Compliance Implementation Responsibilities Participate in end-to-end Infor HCM implementations. Configure HCM modules and security roles. Support data migration and data validation activities. Develop test scenarios and execute testing cycles. Coordinate cutover planning and deployment activities. Provide hypercare support following go-live. AMS / Application Support Responsibilities Resolve incidents and service requests. Analyze root causes and recommend corrective actions. Support quarterly upgrades and release testing. Monitor interfaces and integration jobs. Maintain system documentation and knowledge repositories. Technical and Integration Responsibilities Support integrations with ERP, Payroll, and third-party HR systems.
