Roles & Responsibilities – HR Intern

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interviews
Maintain and update candidate databases and HR trackers
Support onboarding and documentation process of new hires
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Assist in employee engagement and HR activities
Handle basic HR administration and reporting work
