Role: HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews

• Maintain candidate databases and update intern records

• Support the onboarding and orientation process

• Coordinate intern engagement, feedback, and performance tracking

• Communicate and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth HR operations

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms is an advantage

• Availability of 2–3 hours per day (flexible timing)
