Job Summary:
An HR Intern supports the Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks and assists in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process (posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Help maintain employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters and contracts
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
Help in attendance tracking and leave management
Handle basic employee queries and provide administrative support
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information
