Job Title: HR Executive (1 year Contract Based – TMS payroll)

Location: Navi Mumbai - Mahape

Experience: 1-4 Years

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in BMS 

Working Days: 5 Days

Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including payroll processing.

·       Collect and process daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets from employees.

·       Ensure timely and accurate payroll administration.

·       Handle statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other labor laws.

·       Calculate employee bonuses, allowances, and tax deductions.

·       Prepare and maintain payroll expense reports.

·       Ensure compliance with HR regulations and provide documentation for audits.

·       Generate HR MIS reports and analytics for management review.

·       Manage contract employees and coordinate with multiple clients and government authorities.

·       Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

·       Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and policies.

Key Skills:

·       Proficiency in payroll processing and compliance.

·       Advanced Excel skills.

·       Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory filings.

·       Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations.

·       Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems.

·       Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
