Job Description

HR & Social Media Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

End-to-end hiring: calling candidates, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
Employee documentation & HR records management (joining forms, offer letters, personal files, attendance records, compliance documents)
Maintaining proper office documentation and filing systems
Training and induction coordination
Attendance tracking and maintenance
CRM-related coordination and internal communication
Reporting:
- Daily reports
- Weekly report
- Monthly report
Lead analysis and report creation
General HR coordination and day-to-day office administrative support
Shooting short videos (office activities, site visits, team events)
Basic video editing (Reels, Shorts, Posts)
Posting and managing content on Instagram, Facebook, etc.
Coordinating content ideas with management
Social media account handling and monitoring
Managing visit forms and related documentation
Conducting one activity per week in the office

Skills Required:
