1.Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across multiple roles
2.Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking We are looking for smart HR recruiter who has very good hands on all the recruitment app { Work India/ Job Hai / Naukri / Indeed etc}
Who has the good knowledge of generating more data from the apps
Ensure target-based hiring within defined timelines Who is comfortable to make at least 250-300 calls a day.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability who will be willing to work as multitasker.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
