​Role Overview
​We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Mansarovar, Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle while taking on a leadership mandate. You will oversee the recruitment engine and lead a team of HR associates to ensure organizational goals are met with efficiency and high employee engagement.
​Key Responsibilities
​1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
​Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various departments, ensuring a steady pipeline of quality talent.
​Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
​Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with department heads.
​Oversee the offer negotiation and onboarding process to provide a seamless candidate experience.
​2. Team Leadership & Management
​Lead and mentor a small team of HR professionals, providing guidance on daily operations and performance.
​Set clear KPIs for the HR team and track progress to ensure departmental targets are achieved.
​Conduct regular team meetings to address bottlenecks and streamline internal HR processes.
​3. Employee Relations & Engagement
​Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
​Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
​Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
​4. HR Operations & Compliance
​Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, and leave records.
​Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
​Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRIS).
​5. Performance Management
​Facilitate the annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles.
​Assist managers in identifying training needs and coordinating professional development programs.
​Required Qualifications & Skills
​Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
​Education: MBA in HR or a related field is preferred.
​Leadership: Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity is essential.
​Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
​Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with HRIS or ATS platforms.
​Attributes: Strong negotiation skills, empathetic leadership style, and a problem-solving mindset.
