Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Mansarovar, Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle while taking on a leadership mandate. You will oversee the recruitment engine and lead a team of HR associates to ensure organizational goals are met with efficiency and high employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various departments, ensuring a steady pipeline of quality talent.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with department heads.
Oversee the offer negotiation and onboarding process to provide a seamless candidate experience.
2. Team Leadership & Management
Lead and mentor a small team of HR professionals, providing guidance on daily operations and performance.
Set clear KPIs for the HR team and track progress to ensure departmental targets are achieved.
Conduct regular team meetings to address bottlenecks and streamline internal HR processes.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, and leave records.
Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRIS).
5. Performance Management
Facilitate the annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles.
Assist managers in identifying training needs and coordinating professional development programs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
Education: MBA in HR or a related field is preferred.
Leadership: Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity is essential.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with HRIS or ATS platforms.
Attributes: Strong negotiation skills, empathetic leadership style, and a problem-solving mindset.
