Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in retention strategies, ensuring staff satisfaction and alignment with organization needs.

  • Support rewards and recognition programs to appreciate and retain high-performing employees.

  • Conduct and support training sessions to enhance staff skills, productivity, and compliance.

  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to the HR team.

  • Coordinate with operations teams for onboarding of internal teams.

  • Prepare reports on training effectiveness, engagement, and retention outcomes.

  • Identify and document operational challenges to develop corrective SOPs.

  • Achieve average trainee feedback score ≥4/5 and attendance ≥95%.

  • Ensure 100% completion of appraisal forms within timelines.

  • Create or update minimum 2 SOPs during internship period.

  • Achieve measurable improvement (≥20%) in process efficiency post-implementation.

Objective 1: Strengthen Employee Retention, Engagement, and Performance

Key Results:

  1. Achieve ≥90% retention rate across deployed staff.

  2. Conduct weekly engagement activities and maintain employee satisfaction ≥4/5.

  3. Support performance appraisal completion at 100% accuracy and timeliness.

  4. Implement at least 2 recognition initiatives to motivate high performers.

  5. Improve overall engagement satisfaction by 10% within the intern period.

Objective 2: Enhance Training, Onboarding, and Development Processes

Key Results:

  1. Coordinate or assist in a minimum of 4 training sessions per month with attendance ≥95%.

  2. Maintain average trainee feedback ≥4/5 post-sessions.

  3. Ensure 100% onboarding completion for internal and outsourced staff within timelines.

  4. Prepare and submit training and onboarding reports with ≥98% accuracy.

Objective 3: Drive Operational Excellence through SOPs and Data Reporting
Key Results:

  1. Develop or revise minimum 2 SOPs to improve HR or manpower processes.

  2. Achieve ≥20% reduction in recurring operational issues after SOP implementation.

  3. Submit monthly HR analytics and process improvement reports within deadlines.

  4. Provide 1 actionable improvement recommendation per month to management.
