We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team at Words Lead (opc) Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹15000 and growth opportunities.
1. Finding and Hiring Freelancers
o Search for qualified freelancers such as translators, editors, developers, or designers.
o Use freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Proz, Freelancer, and LinkedIn to find the right people based on project needs.
2. Managing Freelancer Lifecycle
o Handle the complete process: sourcing, onboarding, evaluating, and maintaining relationships with freelancers and agencies.
o Make sure strong and long-term partnerships are built.
3. Negotiating Rates and Terms
o Discuss and finalize payment rates and working terms with freelancers.
o Ensure agreements fit the company’s budget and project timelines.
4. Assigning and Coordinating Projects
o Match freelancers with projects and explain the scope of work clearly.
o Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
5. Using Vendor Databases and Tools
o Maintain updated records of freelancers, including profiles, availability, rates, and past project history.
o Use vendor management systems and freelancing tools to stay organized.
6. Monitoring Performance
o Regularly review freelancer performance.
o Provide feedback and suggestions to help them improve.
7. Handling Queries and Issues
o Resolve freelancer concerns, conflicts, or complaints professionally.
o Act as the point of contact for vendor-related escalations.
8. Collaboration with Internal Teams
o Work with project managers, content managers, and localization leads.
o Forecast vendor requirements and allocate resources effectively.
9. Ensuring Compliance
o Make sure all freelance engagements follow company policies, data protection, and legal requirements.
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
Bachelor's degree in any stream, business administration, Project Management, Translation & Localization, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in vendor management or freelance project coordination.
Proven experience in working with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, etc.).
Strong understanding of the freelance talent market and current trends.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and freelancing/vendor management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Smartcat, ProZ).
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a remote or distributed work environment.
