We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment activities. The role involves managing HR processes, ensuring compliance, supporting talent acquisition, and driving employee engagement to create a positive workplace culture.
Manage recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/HRIS.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and leave administration.
Support performance management system and appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution with professionalism.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Organize employee engagement activities, events, and welfare programs.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
Act as a link between employees and management to maintain a healthy work culture.
Knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and time-management skills.
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
