HIRING: HR Executive (Agency Hiring Experience Preferred)

We’re looking for an HR Executive with prior experience hiring for digital marketing agencies, creative agencies, media companies, or fast-paced startup environments.

This role is NOT suited for candidates primarily from manufacturing, industrial, security, consulting, BPO, or bulk hiring backgrounds.

What You’ll Handle

• End-to-end recruitment for roles like:

Performance Marketers, Media Buyers, Video Editors, Graphic Designers, Content Creators, Sales Executives, Closers, and similar creative/growth roles.

• Strong sourcing through personal networks, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative hiring strategies — not just Naukri or JobHai.

• Screening candidates based on communication, creativity, cultural fit, and role relevance.

• Managing onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, employee records, and HR coordination.

• Handling employee engagement, HR operations, and exit formalities.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of HR/Recruitment experience in a:

Digital Marketing Agency / Creative Agency / Media Agency / Startup Environment.

• Prior experience hiring for creative, marketing, sales, or performance-driven roles is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of agency culture, fast hiring cycles, and creator/performance-based teams.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and candidate evaluation skills.

• Ability to independently close positions through networking and proactive sourcing.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month

(Based on Interview Performance & Practical Evaluation)
