We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, including recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update job descriptions.
Source and engage candidates through online platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.
Advertise job openings on job portals and social media.
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs.
Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and paper formats.
Assist in benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and responding to employee inquiries.
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Fresher or 1+ years of HR-related experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Discreet with sensitive information and professional in conduct.
