Internship Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Intern

Intern's responsibilities:
1. Source candidates for white-collar roles using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
2. Collect and analyze job requirements from clients and internal teams
3. Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms
4. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
5. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
6. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
7. Assist in building talent pipelines for future hiring needs
8. Support employer branding initiatives and outreach campaigns
Compensation
Stipend: 2K - 10K (Based on performance)
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives for successful hires

Additional information
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 2,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 0 - 10,000 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 to 450000/year
