Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. The role includes maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and exit formalities, and ensuring company policies are followed. The HR Executive also supports management in implementing HR strategies to promote a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.Maintain employee attendance, payroll, and personnel records.Manage employee engagement and grievance handling.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Assist in performance appraisals and HR reporting.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of HR software and MS Office.Prior experience in HR will be an advantage.
