Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3-4 months of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within Human Resources. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision- making. Ability to handle confidential HR information with discretion.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements.
Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to seamless onboarding for new employees.
Assist in filling CSR forms for SHEWings Foundation.
Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools.
Address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics.
Manage and oversee the whole recruiting and hiring process.
Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Managing the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and other incentives.
Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
