Human Resource Executive

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

• Maintain employee records, attendance sheets, and documentation.

• Support HR team in onboarding new employees and managing orientation.

• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.

• Coordinate with departments to collect required documents and information.

• Assist in drafting offer letters, warning letters, notices, and HR-related emails.

• Handle interns’ coordination including attendance, task follow-ups, and performance tracking.

• Support HR audits by preparing files, reports, and compliance documents.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and uphold company policies.

• Assist in daily HR operations such as payroll support, exit formalities, and leave management.
