We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and ensuring smooth HR processes that support organizational growth.
Recruitment & Staffing:
Manage the entire recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to build a positive workplace culture.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Draft HR policies, letters, and contracts as per organizational requirements.
Payroll & Attendance Management:
Support in payroll processing by collecting attendance, leave, and other inputs.
Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and working hours.
Performance Management:
Assist in appraisal cycles and performance review processes.
Track employee performance and provide data support to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
