Hiring:
1. Finding suitable candidates
2. Arranging interviews between the team and the candidate

Induction & Joining Formalities:
1. Organise and conduct an induction program for new recruits.
2. Complete the joining formalities - Verification of documents
HR - & Welfare & Administration:
1. To implement HR policies and ensure Employee welfare benefits are rolled out as per HR manual.
2. Maintaining confidential personal files of the employees.
3. Managing resignations and final settlements.
4. Managing Provident Fund, Gratuity and ESIC.
5. Managing performance reviews for employees
6. Sending payroll related data to the finance team on a timely basis.
7. To ensure and maintain Statutory Compliance as directed by the legal team.
8. Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements
9. Bank account opening, ID card coordination, and maintaining of official records.
10. Maintain & Update the Daily/Weekly/Monthly attendance tracker of all employees
11. Tracking employees probation period and bridge the gap between employee and manager.
12. Issue letters to employees when requested.
13. To work as a bridge for all employee grievance
14. Conduct fun & learning activities in the office.
15. Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theory and methods
Required Candidate profile
Minimum 2- 3 years experience in Human Resources, personnel and administrative functions. MBA/PGDM HRM from a reputed university
