Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Manage employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Assist in payroll coordination and compliance
Handle employee engagement and grievance management
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
Coordinate training & development activities
Support day-to-day HR operations and reporting
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR (freshers may apply if suitable)
Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to work on-site in Noida
Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
