The role of an HR executive administrator is pivotal in managing human resources and administrative functions within organisations. The executive must manage and undertake various responsibilities as well as administrative work meticulously. They are the backbone of company, commencing from documentation, recruitment process, appraisal, trainings to employee retention and exit interview.

Role of HR (Human Resources)
HR is responsible for managing an organization's workforce and ensuring a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment & Staffing –
- Hiring the right talent from resources, using our social media accounts and posting the vacancies
- Calling candidates and do initial information round
- Aligning interviews with Management team or reporting manager
- On boarding new employees – send offer cum appointment letter, do biometric , introducing employee to officemates.
2. Training & Development –
- Planning monthly presentation sessions with program flow, budget sanctioning, venue finalising
3. Payroll –
- remove data from Biometric machine and Pagarbook
- calculate and send to HR and Accounts team before 6th of every month.
- Prepare salary slips and send by 15th of every month
4. Workplace Birthday celebrations, festives –
- Every month Birthday celebration.
- Any planned recreational activities

Role of an Administrator
An administrator is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth organizational functioning. Responsibilities may include:
1. Office Management –
- Overseeing office supplies, facilities
- daily administrative operations
2. Record Keeping & Documentation –
- Maintaining detailed employee records
3. IT & Systems Management –
- Overseeing office systems and software’s if any problem.
- Record keeping of systems
4. Logistics & Facility Management –
- Handling office space management
- Managing couriers of clients and allotting work to office boy
5. Policy Implementation –
- Ensuring company policies are followed in daily operations.
