Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment activities and statutory compliance processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Statutory Compliances (Payroll related - PF, ESI, LWF, Factory Act compliances, other labour compliances, Labour Codes) along with strong HR operational knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – CV sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer, joining
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Payroll related compliances (PF, ESI, LWF, Bonus compliances etc.)
- Timely registrations, filings, and challan submissions.
- Handle PF transfers, withdrawals, and employee queries.
Factories Act & Other Labour Acts Compliance /
- Ensure adherence to Factories Act & other labour acts regulations.
- Maintain statutory registers, licenses, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with auditors and government authorities during inspections.
- Maintain statutory records and compliance documentation.
- Understanding of labour codes
- Monitor compliance deadlines and renewals.
HR Operations & other Miscellaneous
- Maintain employee records and documentation, Support attendance and leave management.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs,
- Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling.
Required Skills: Good knowledge of Recruitment and compliances.
Strong understanding of PF, ESI, LWF, and Factory Act compliances.
Familiarity with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification: - Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) or Diploma/Certificate in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations, MSW
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
CTC: Upto ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
