Human Resource Executive

Job Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and maintaining employee records. The role ensures smooth HR processes and supports the organization in maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, selection).

• Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.

• Conduct induction and onboarding for new employees.

🔹 Attendance & Payroll Support

• Maintain daily attendance records.

• Monitor late marks, leaves, and absenteeism.

• Payroll processing.

🔹 Employee Relations

• Address employee queries and concerns.

• Handle disciplinary issues as per company policy.

• Maintain healthy workplace culture and communication.

🔹 HR Administration

• Maintain employee personal files and HR records.

• Issue offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and experience letters.

• Update HR policies and ensure implementation.

🔹 Compliance & Policy Management

• Ensure adherence to company rules and regulations.

• Monitor statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc. if applicable).

• Maintain confidentiality of HR documents and employee information.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.

• Basic understanding of payroll and attendance systems.

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR (Automobile industry preferred).
