Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our reputated client team. The candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations. You will play a vital role in maintaining a positive work culture and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Handle employee documentation, maintain HR records, and manage HRMS.

- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new joiners.

- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

- Assist in performance management processes, employee evaluations, and feedback systems.

- Address employee queries and ensure a positive and supportive workplace culture.

- Maintain statutory compliance and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

- Assist in payroll coordination and data accuracy.
