We are looking for a strong HR Manager who will own the entire lifecycle of our video editing team — from hiring → performance tracking → discipline → firing.
This role is responsible for ensuring that:
Editors perform consistently
Deadlines are met daily
Low performers are either improved fast or exited
Hiring is continuous so the pipeline is never weak
This is a numbers + systems driven HR role, not a traditional corporate HR.
iring & Talent Pipeline (Top Priority)
Source and hire video editors & scriptwriters continuously
Coordinate with founders & creative lead to:
Define skill requirements
Assign test tasks
Evaluate output quality + speed
Maintain an active bench of backup editors
Reduce hiring time (target: <7–10 days per hire)
Track daily performance of each editor:
Videos delivered vs assigned
Revisions required
On-time delivery %
Quality feedback from team lead
Maintain weekly performance scorecards
Flag low performers within 7–14 days
Run performance improvement plans (PIP) where required
