Job Description :-
We are looking an HR Intern in our client place based at Greater Noida. An ideal will be responsible to supports daily HR operations, focusing heavily on maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring adherence to labor laws, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and handling documentation for statutory filings and audits, all while learning to balance administrative tasks with legal requirements and confidentiality. Key duties involve data entry, record auditing, preparing compliance reports, supporting policy development, and ensuring timely processing of HR forms under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Record Management: Maintain and update employee records (digital & physical), ensuring confidentiality and compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., payroll, benefits, leave).
Compliance & Reporting: Help prepare documents for statutory filings, manage HR-related audits (like SOX), assist in updating HR policies, and research labor law updates.
Administrative Support: Handle general HR tasks like data entry, drafting communications, processing mail, and managing HR databases.
Employee Relations: Respond to basic employee inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Project Assistance: Support specific HR projects, such as process mapping for compliance programs or organizing employee engagement activities.
Required Skills & Education:-
Requiered any Graduate.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with HRIS/databases is a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
A keen interest in labor laws and regulatory compliance is essential.
