Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (Sourcing to Joining).
Understand client requirements and draft job descriptions accordingly.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and database.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients & candidates.
Maintain daily recruitment tracker and MIS reports.
Achieve monthly hiring targets.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Follow up with candidates till onboarding process is completed.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of recruitment process.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Basic MS Excel & MS Office knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any stream.
Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment/staffing industry.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Performance Expectations:

Minimum monthly closure target as assigned by management.
Regular reporting to Reporting Manager.
Maintain professional client and candidate coordination.
