We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our HR team. The role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in various aspects of Human Resource Management including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and HR operations.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups).
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support in onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Help in preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.
Assist in employee engagement activities, events, and surveys.
Provide support in payroll processing and attendance management.
Learn and comply with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
Handle employee queries and escalate issues to seniors when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team player mindset.
Exposure to all key HR functions.
