Assist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Work with job portals, social media, and internal databases to identify potential candidates.
Coordinate and communicate with candidates for interview scheduling and joining formalities.
Support the HR team in maintaining recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation.
Assist in campus recruitment drives and job fairs.
Handle pre-boarding and onboarding activities for new joiners.
Maintain candidate data and ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with line managers and understand manpower requirements.
Bachelor’s degree / MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresh graduates or up to 0 - 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR basics preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Eager to learn and adapt to the automotive industry environment.
