Human Resource Executive
Job Summary:
Responsible for payroll processing, PF & ESIC compliance, employee records management, and HR operations while ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll and salary disbursement.
Handle PF and ESIC registrations, filings, transfers, and claims.
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and HR records.
Ensure statutory compliance and timely submission of returns.
Generate payroll reports and MIS.
Support employee onboarding and exit processes.
Requirements:
Graduate in HR, Commerce, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance.
Knowledge of PF, ESIC, labor laws, and payroll software.
Proficiency in MS Excel and good communication skills.
