The ideal candidate will assist in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. You will also be responsible for updating job postings and conducting background verifications.

This position offers a stipend of ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 along with excellent growth opportunities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update job descriptions.

• Source and engage candidates through various online platforms.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.

• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.

• Shortlist candidates and coordinate with managers for future hiring needs.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduation

• Experience: Freshers can also apply

• Good knowledge of resume databases and recruitment tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Sound judgment and effective sourcing techniques.

• Must be open to:

  • 3-month internship – ₹5,000 stipend

  • 6-month HR trainee program – ₹10,000 stipend

  • Full-time opportunity for freshers – up to ₹15,000 CTC
