Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter (Fresher) – Night Shift

Location:4/3 Arundalepet, Upstairs of Nawabs Restaurant ,Guntur

Shift Timings: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:30 AM)

Job Type: Full-Time, Fresher Friendly

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic Fresher Bench Sales Recruiters to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates interested in starting a career in recruitment and sales, especially in the IT/Staffing domain. The role is completely night shift based.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential candidates for IT staffing/bench sales roles.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through calls, emails, and social media.

• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the database.

• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with clients.

• Support the recruitment team in meeting weekly and monthly hiring goals.

• Learn and develop industry-specific recruitment skills under guidance.
