• Responsible for recruitment and selection process.

• Maintain employee database and attendance management.

• Responsible for managing human resources activities and ensuring that our organization maintains a positive work environment.

• Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules.

• Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates.

• Managing and handling the orientation of new employees.

• Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employees.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in HR field.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Knowledge of HR best practices, especially in the real estate sector.

• Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations & retention is a plus.
