We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and grievance handling. The HR Executive will also be responsible for implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and ensuring a positive work culture aligned with company values. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in payroll processing and leave/attendance management.
Implement HR policies and procedures as per company standards.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain healthy work relations.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
Proven experience (1–4 years) in HR roles.
Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving attitude and high confidentiality.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
