The HR Executive – Recruitment & Payroll will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities and accurate payroll processing while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. The role supports smooth HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and referrals
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and salary inputs
Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other statutory deductions
Coordinate with finance/accounts for salary disbursement
Resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies
Ensure statutory compliance and timely filings
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
