Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team at Haven Ventures Llp to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹20000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• ·         Responsible for overall End-to-End HR Administration and HR Operations and Marketing Team.

  ·         Responsible for overall End-to-End Recruitment.

  ·         Performance appraisal.

  ·         Job posting and sourcing Screening the profile.

  ·         Schedule the interviews multiple profiles.

  ·         Taking Interviews and selections process and salary negotiation.

  ·         Responsible

  ·         Checking and Finalizing the Salary Advance sheet (Loan) and Professional Tax sheet, TDS Deductions, Other Deductions sheet also.

  ·         Finalizing the monthly ate

  ·         ndance and Deductions Sheet, and Incentives list.

  ·         After completing payroll work, take approvals from the management.

  ·         Follow up on the payments.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
