We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and to develop a strong foundation for a career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Help organize and coordinate HR events and activities
Assist with HR policy implementation and compliance
Prepare reports and presentations for internal use
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Discretion and confidentiality
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
