Human Resource Executive

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Design and execute recruitment plans for key roles including Academic Counselors, Sales Executives, Telecallers, and Support Staff.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and campus tie-ups.

• Conduct initial screening interviews and schedule final interviews with department heads.

Onboarding & Training

• Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.

• Organize induction programs and basic sales/counseling training with internal trainers or external partners.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave management using HRMS/Excel.

• Draft and implement HR policies, code of conduct, and compliance documentation.

Performance Management & Employee Engagement

• Set up performance tracking metrics for sales/counseling teams.

• Conduct regular reviews and employee feedback sessions.

• Develop retention and reward strategies to motivate high performers.

Coordination & Culture

• Act as the bridge between management and employees.

• Organize team-building activities, engagement programs, and internal communication initiatives.
