Human Resource Executive

We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our HR team as Interns / Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to kickstart their career in HR, as well as candidates with up to 1-4 years of experience seeking to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews

• Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records

• Support in employee onboarding and documentation process

• Assist in organizing training programs and team activities

• Coordinate with various departments for HR operations

• Help draft HR policies, letters, and communication

• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
  

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit
