Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR processes while supporting organizational goals and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
2. Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
3. Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and statutory compliance
4. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
5. Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes
6. Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards
7. Assist in employee engagement, training, and development initiatives
8. Coordinate exit formalities and conduct exit interviews
9. Ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
4. Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools
5. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred)
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in an HR or similar role
Experience in recruitment and HR operations is an advantage
